Fresh after completing my courses at The University of Alabama my career in sports journalism began in San Francisco, CA in 2017 as an intern and eventually as a paid producer at KGMZ 957 THE GAME. It was a wonderful opportunity that I still reflect on fondly and credit for learning so much about the industry as well as being around some outstanding professionals that I could observe every day and lean on for guidance.
Since then I have moved to the ever-growing city of Las Vegas, NV, and have earned my Masters in Journalism and Media Studies at UNLV. I have been able to use this opportunity to gain valuable experience as a play-by-play broadcaster as well as become a peer-reviewed journal-published author. For two and half years I served as the Play-by-Play voice and Director of Media Relations for a baseball club in the California Collegiate League. These experiences over the past few years have helped me hone my skills and take me on an adventure throughout most of the west coast calling sporting events and that has been a true joy.
